Dr. Neary is a fellowship trained, board certified Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Surgeon, and is considered an expert in the field. She has comprehensive medical-legal experience regarding lower extremity conditions or injuries. Dr. Neary actively participates in providing care for Workman’s Comp claims, conducts Independent Medical Exams and assigns Impairment Ratings, and frequently engages as an expert consultant in litigation involving the lower extremity.
